Episode 3 Exercise :

Your Signature Days

You don’t have to wait for a lightning-bolt moment to find your spark.

You can begin right now — by reconnecting with the moments in your life that already carry your Higher Mind’s imprint.

This exercise helps you recognize the patterns that have been guiding you all along.

Take your time with this.

These steps aren’t homework — they’re how you begin to hear the language of your Higher Mind.

STEP 1

Identify Your Signature Days

Write down the days that still light you up when you think about them.

The ones that bring you:

A sense of fulfillment

A feeling of pride

A deep “that was me at my best”

STEP 2

Relive Each Day

Close your eyes and step back into it.

See what you saw

Hear what you heard

Feel what you felt

Then write down everything that comes up — no matter how small.

STEP 3

Reflect on Why It Stood Out

What made this day so powerful?

Which moments mattered most?

How did it shape you?

Don’t filter it — let it come out naturally.

STEP 4

Trace the Journey

Look at what led up to that day:

The choices

The people

The challenges

The breakthroughs

Write down every step that got you there.

STEP 5

Find the Patterns

Step back and review what you’ve written.

What themes keep showing up?

Are there people, passions, or experiences that repeat?

What common threads connect these moments?

Write down every pattern you notice.

STEP 6

Notice Relationships and Service

Look deeper into those moments.

Were they meaningful because of connection?

Because you were helping someone?

Because of love or contribution?

These often reveal the strongest clues to your Authentic WHY.

STEP 7

Look at the steps that led to each Signature Day.

Where were you:

Following a Spark?

Living your Passion?

Acting from Purpose?

Serving through your Mission?

Moving toward your Aspiration?

These patterns show you where to take your next aligned action.

Map Your Alignments

Start Simple

If this feels like a lot, keep it simple.

Start with just two Signature Days.

You don’t need to analyze them yet — just write them down.

Let it feel easy and natural.

Clarity will come as you continue.
